If you are struggling to get your career started then Your Route to Work is here to give you the best opportunity for your future.

Description

Your Route to Work is a 2 day workshop specially designed to take you on a journey to a new career. It takes a creative and interactive approach to understanding your skills and experiences and works with you to find a tailored and realistic approach to achieving the job of your dreams.

We’ll do more than just help you with your CV and fill in applications – we’ll show you the tricks of the trade in how to brand yourself to stand out from the crowd in a pile of CVs and then how to sell yourself well at interview. We’ll also uncover the myths and misconceptions surrounding how to land yourself the perfect job.

By the end of the workshop you’ll have a revised and re-focussed CV, sample cover letter and ‘thank you’ emails as well as practice interviews and will be better equipped to target jobs that you feel you will enjoy and do well at.

Your Route to Work is the course for anyone who is unhappy with their job and feels that there is more that they could both achieve and offer or who is about to embark on the task of searching for work for the first time.
