This course is designed for IT personnel, in an educational environment, who need to add support for Mac users to their skillset.

Course Objectives

This course examines the different levels of user access; managing and locking down accounts; minimising the risk of damage from malware or hacker. Delegates will be given the opportunity to re-examine system preferences from a security perspective.
